Bit knackered today. I’ve spent the whole weekend drawing up joinery specifications, putting together transport lists and installation schedules, preparing contractors’ briefs, compiling events programmes, proofing print and booking staffing. Wading through various emails between myself and the artists, there are still some crucial pieces of information missing – and one of the artists appears to have gone AWOL which is more than a little concerning: If he doesn’t contact me soon, I may miss the Friday print deadline. And, I’ve not even started on the Exhibition Guide, which is due to design by the end of the week. Since I’m stuck in meetings for the next two days, it’ll be Thursday at the earliest I can begin to write it... Yep, it’s going to be late.
